Lok Samarpan distributes Deepawali gifts among kids

Jamshedpur: City-based social organization Lok Samarpan distributed Dipawali gifts among more than 100 childen at NPS Vidyalaya in Babudih Lalbhatta Busti on Wednesday. The programme was led by the outfit president Lalit Das. The childen were given a gift bag containing a set of diyas, oil, cotton wicks, lava (puffed rice), sweets and firecrackers.
Addressing the residents, Das said Lok Samarpan was formed with the sole objective of serving the people. He said the organization had started distributing Diwali gifts since last year to make sure the poor and underprivileged people too, get an opportunity to celebrate the festival of lights with enthusiasm. He said it was a small step taken to bring a big smile on the faces of the children.
Among those present on the occasion included Dhanraj Gupta, Pappu Kumar, Santosh Sao, Mithilesh Sao, Prakash Thakur, Manoj Kumar, Ajit Kumar, Neeraj Singh and Kamlesh Sahu.
