Loan Mela at MMC office complex

Jamshedpur, Dec 5: A loan Mela camp under PM Swanidhi and Deendayal Antyoday Yojna (Urban) schemes for footpath vendors and poorer segments was organized in the Mango Municipal Corporation (MMC) office complex. Sanction letters to 37 beneficiaries under PM Swanidhi Yojna and 12 under NULM scheme were handed out. Two beneficiaries were given disbursement letters while four SHGs received sanctions for credit linkage. The letters of approval were given by MMC Executive Officer Dipak Sahay.

The banks that gave the sanction letters to the applicant beneficiaries included Central Bank of India, IDBI, Bank of India, Canara Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, United Commercial Bank and Allahabad Bank. The Old Purulia Road branch of Bank of India gaved sanction letters to four SHGs. MMC Executive Officer urged all branch managers of banks to give priority of benefit of these schemes to the beneficiaries.

Those present in the camp included Lead Bank Manager Diwakar Sinha, City Mission Manager Nirmal Kumar, Circle Officer Manoj Khakha, Nandi Purty, Lalita Laguri, CRPs Romani Hansda, Mumtaz, Pratima, Lakshmi, Tanushri, Ruby, Shila, Gayatri, Pushpa, Holi, Manorama and branch managers of participating banks.
