Jamshedpur, Sept. 10: Jamshedpur has, over the past few weeks, seen a constant spike in the number of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases recorded in a single day.�On Wednesday, Jamshedpur recorded nearly 300 new cases and 6 deaths due to Covid-19, taking the tally and death toll to 9395 and 248 respectively. With rise in cases everyone needs to follow COVID norms and stay safe. Continuing their social initiative, Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina on Thursday donated foot operated sanitiser dispensing machine to Beldih Gram School in CH Area which would help prevent the spread of virus. School teachers Kavita Hasda, Bina Kumari along with Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina President Sarika Singh, PRO Abha Rungta were present on the occasion.
