Lions Club District Governor Kanchan Singh to take oath at Honolulu 

Jamshedpur, June 29: Kanchan Singh, District Governor (Elect) for 2015 – 2016 of Lions Club International District 322 A comprising Jharkhand and part of Bihar participated in the 98th International Convention being held at Honolulu, Hawai.

The event started on June 26 and will conclude on June 30. 

All the District Governor (Elect) of Lions Clubs International across the globe will assemble at the International Convention where they all will be take oath of Office in the presence of International leadership including Incoming International President Dr. Jitsuhiro Yamada of Japan. 

Kanchan Singh is accompanied by her husband V N Singh. Next year the International Convention will be held in Fukuaka, Japan where First vice District Governor (Elect) Lion Rajnish Kumar will take the oath of office as the Centenary Governor.

Set up in 1917, Lions Clubs International will complete one hundred year on June 2017.
