Noamundi: A worker of crusher plant RanjitMinj, 37, was injured on duty after being hit by a vehicle.
In state of senselessness he was admitted by local police in the Tisco Hospital, Noamundi. He was later referred to Tata Main Hospital for better treatment.
The officer in-charge of Badajamda police station is investigating into the cause that led to the accident.
In another incident, a resident of Lokesai village Ramesh Bobonga, 35, got burnt after being struck by lightning on Tuesday. He was admitted in Tisco Hospital Noamundi.
