The reality of this saying was portrayed well by the students through the play �The rabbit who wanted to have red wings�. The brilliant action and the melodious singing by the students during the play, had the audience spellbound throughout.
The entertainment programme that followed was a true dedication to the great leaders of the nation.Then came the vibrant and colourful folk dances of Goa, Punjab and Bengal, which had the parents and audience scrambling for their cameras to capture the spirit of the moment. The rendering of the waltz and the salsa thereafter truly livened up the auditorium.
Keeping with the theme of patriotism, the Hindi play truly brought out the spirit of loyalty to motherland, India. The appreciation of the gathering was felt through the thunderous round of applause as the curtains came down on a wonderful evening.
