Ranchi: Three persons were injured in an attack by a leopard that staryed into Karge Ripti Busti under Mandar police station area on Friday.
They included a child. The animal first attacked one Mahavir Oraon when the latter and others took it to be a dog hiding behind the pea plantation.
It later attacked Vimal Lohra and Sunil Pahan. Later the leopard climbed on a tree. Forest officials reached the village and tried to scare it away towards the forest.
