Jamshedpur: District transport department authorities have decided not to show any leniency to applicants of motor driving licence.
The motorists will have to pass the essential driving test before being eligible for the driving lilcence. This was observed today by the district transport officer of Jamshedpur Sanjay PM Kujur.
He has recently joined as the DTO of the city.
