Legal awareness camp held at Govindpur

Jamshedpur: A legal awareness camp was organized at Govindpur on Saturday under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Jamshedpur. The speakers of the camp informed local residents about their legal righs and duties. The villagers were informed about domestic violence, child marriage, child labour, acid attack, senior citizens� rights, witchhunt and MGNREGA. They were also informed about the various activities organized by DLSA. They were asked to contact DLSA in case they need legal assistance. Among those present on the occasion included the former Mukhiya of Govindpur Kanta Devi, Sunita Kumari, Madhvi Kumari, Kapil Dev Thakur and Nagendra Kumar.
