Jamshedpur, April 20: The first of its kind a �Leadership Workshop� was organized at Motilal Nehru Public School aimed at creating effective leaders by instilling in them leadership attributes among the chosen 26 representatives.
The workshop deliberated to empower these School Council members with skills like teamwork, effective communication, assertiveness and conflict resolution.
The program was ably facilitated by Souvik Saha of the NGO � People for Change. Games, discussions, activities and movies were the chosen medium of instruction in the workshop.
The program was conceptualized by the Principal of the school, Mrs. Ashu Tiwary, and D. Banerjee, the moderator of the Discipline Cell.
