Jamshedpur, June 20: Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial (LBSM) College, located in Karandih, Parsudih, has announced that it will provide CAT and NET preparation for its students. Dr. Ashok Kumar Jha, the college principal, shared this information and outlined the institution’s plans.
According to Dr. Jha, the Birsa Munda Competition Academy at LBSM College will focus on preparing 50 students for the CAT (Common Admission Test), a crucial entrance examination for admission to MBA programs in esteemed educational institutions across the country. Additionally, selected students pursuing Commerce and Santhali subjects will receive specialized training for the National Eligibility Test (NET), which enables them to pursue a career as teachers in higher education. The college has already initiated efforts in this direction and aims to solidify the plan in the near future. By offering CAT and NET preparation, LBSM College intends to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen fields. Moreover, this initiative will foster a healthy sense of competition among students within the college, further enhancing their academic pursuits.
