Ranchi: Police foiled Naxalite attempt to inflict casualty on them by recovering four landmines from Barwadih in Latehar district on Monday. The rebels had planned to blow up police combing teams by planting improvised explosive devices on the probable routes.
The paramilitary forces unearthed the bombs and diffused them just in time. They have also recovered four detonators and wires.
