KU’s NSS team shares PRD Parade Camp experience

Jamshedpur: Team Kolhan University (KU) which participated in the Pre-Republic Day parade camp 2017 at Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Khandari Campus Agra, reached Jamshedpur on Wednesday afternoon. The NSS team was welcomed by the senate member of KU, Amitabh Senapati and teachers of NSS unit of various colleges affiliated to Kolhan University. In his speech, Amitabh Senapati, congratulated all the NSS volunteers and urged them to always work for the society and the nation.
On the occasion Pratibha Rani Mishra, NSS Programme Officer of GIIT professional College who led team Jharkhand at the PRD Parade camp shared her experience.
It may be noted that 210 NSS volunteers and 10 programme officers from Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand were benefitted from the camp. Total of nine participants from Kolhan University including 4 boys, 4 girls and a programme officer were part of the team. The team from Jharkhand along with Kolhan University staged cultural programmes and activities along with parade.
