Kurmi Sena holds conference in Sonari

Jamshedpur: Adivasi Kurmi Samaj organized a two day conference at Shahid Nirmal Bhavan in Sonari on Saturday. The chief guest of the occasion was Dr Vidya Bhushan Mahato, president of the outfit. He appealed to Kurmi community members to participate in various activities of the organization. He said such events were being held with the view to promote the larger interest of the Kurmi community.
Another speaker Ajit Prasad Mahato said a grand event will be organized in New Delhi on 21st and 22nd November. Various issues related to Kurmis� welfare will be raised on this occasion, he said.
