KSMS students celebrate ‘Diwali’ at Nirmal Hriday

Jamshedpur, Nov. 7: Students of interact club of Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS), Sakchi, showed their caring attitude by celebrating the Diwali with the people of Nirmal Hriday old age home at Baradwari on Saturday.

The students along with their teacher-moderator Mrs. Sudha Singh took the initiative to go to old age home and share sweets, candles and diyas.

The building, which remains gloomy for most part of the year, lit up when students decorated it with love, care, lights and distributed sweets among the inmates.

Not only the inmates, but students were also emotionally moved by the scene there. Tears which swelled up in their eyes showed the students’ love for their lovely old people.
