KSMS ranked No. 1 in Jamshedpur’s ICSE School Category

Jamshedpur, Dec 8: Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) has been ranked No. 1 in Jamshedpur in the ICSE City-Wise Schools category, according to a survey by Education Today.
Education Today, a leading education magazine, conducts the India School Merit Awards each year to recognise top-performing schools across the country. In 2025, more than 2,167 schools participated, and over 400 schools were shortlisted under multiple categories, including CBSE, ICSE, International and State Boards. Schools were assessed on 15 key parameters such as academic reputation, teacher development, co-curricular activities and sports.
The final rankings were based on jury evaluation, extensive analysis by the Education Today team and votes from 1,31,000 parents.
Sunil Kumar, General Secretary of Kerala Samajam Model School, received the India School Merit Award 2025 on December 5 at The Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru. The achievement has brought pride to the institution and the city alike.
