Jamshedpur, Dec 13: The Career Guidance Club of Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS), in collaboration with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Jamshedpur Chapter, organized an informative session for Class XI students from Science and Commerce streams.
The session featured insights from two prominent speakers, Surojit Bhumij, an experienced Company Secretary professional, and Rajeev Jha, Incharge of the ICSI Jamshedpur Chapter. Over the course of an engaging hour, the speakers introduced students to the diverse career opportunities in Company Secretaryship and highlighted its pivotal role in the corporate sector.
Bhumij provided an in-depth overview of the roles and responsibilities of a Company Secretary, emphasizing the profession’s interdisciplinary nature. He also outlined the academic and professional milestones necessary to excel in the field.
