Jamshedpur: Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) hosted its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for Classes IV to VIII on April 25, celebrating the outstanding academic and co-curricular achievements of the 2025–26 session.

Honouring Achievement and Perseverance
The Chief Guest, Mr. K. Murlidharan, joined members of the Board of Trustees, Academic Director Ms. Nandini Shukla, Principal Ms. Rina Banerjee, Headmistress Ms. Sujata Singh, and Vice Principal Mr. A. L. Abraham to grace the prestigious event.
To foster a culture of resilience, the school introduced a unique category this year: the “Almost There” Appreciation. This award recognizes students who narrowly missed top honours, encouraging them to maintain their grit and continue striving for improvement.
A Showcase of Talent and Leadership
The School Cabinet, alongside the Scouts and Guides, managed the event. Principal Rina Banerjee presented the Annual Report, detailing the school’s strategic endeavours and milestones over the past year.
The afternoon also featured vibrant cultural performances, where students showcased their creativity through group songs and a lively dance routine.
