Kshatriya Mahila Sangh organizes eye camp

Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Kshatriya Mahila Sangh, Sonari, organized a one day free eye check-up camp in Dabanki under Potka block on Sunday. The camp was held on the premises of Bharat Sevashram Sangh Ashram. As many as 69 patients turned up at the camp. They were examined by a team of doctors from Purnima Netralaya. Altogether 48 patients were shortlisted for cataract operation. The chief guest of the event was the MLA of Potka, Menka Sardar while the special guest was the Zila Parishad president Bulurani Singh.
In her address, the MLA said there was need to organize such welfare programmes. She assured to help the outfit in its social endeavours.
Among others present during the camp included Shobha Singh, Anju Singh, Sammi Singh, Meena Singh, Manoj Singh, Sanjay Singh, Jaiprakash Singh and Robin Maharaj.
