Gamharia: The children of Kerala Public School, Gamharia, have performed well in the 12th District Athletics Championship organized under the aegis of District Athletics Association, Seraikela-Kharsawan.
A total of 54 students participated in the event. Fifteen athletes bagged gold medals. Silver and bronze medals went to 10 players each.
Three KPS students Vishal Pal, Vivek Kumar and Sangita Hansda were selected on behalf of the district for the 12th National Inter District Athletics Championship.
The event will be held from 25th to 27th April in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. This was informed by the school principal Rashmi Sinha.
