Jamshedpur, Jan. 29: Kerala Public School (KPS) Kadma, organized the Annual Graduation Nite for the current batch of Class 12 students.
Pramod Dubey, director, Prerna Classes graced the occasion as the guest of honor, while of Sharat Chandran, director, K.P.S Schools, was also present on the occasion. The program commenced with a prayer song and lighting of the ceremonial lamp. School principal, Sharmila Mukherjee lit the auspicious flame and passed on to the others, who participated in the traditional Candle March.
In all, 170 students were felicitated on the occasion and some of them received mementos and certificates of appreciation for their voluntary, diligent contribution to the school. The students who contributed in various fields were also felicitated.
Zeeshan Nawab and Akash Das were awarded for their sports activities, while Nidhi Singh, school Interact president), was awarded for her contribution to Jyoti Club. Shubhankar Basak was felicitated for co-curricular activities, while Nikita Singh was felicitated for her all round performance.
The students were further motivated by Dubey, Sharat Chandran and Sharmila Mukherjee through their speeches. They all stressed on the importance of the future prospects of youth and their professional world.
