KPS Kadma: ‘Ethikos 2021’ concludes on buoyant note

834 students from 56 schools participate 

Host school wins ‘Ad Aphonic’ and ‘Judgement in the House’

Jamshedpur, Oct 9: Kerala Public School, Kadma organized ‘Ethikos 2021’, an International event in the month of September’21. The annual event enables students to articulate their own ethical values. In the wake of pandemic all events were conducted through virtual mode.

The event witnessed massive participation from 56 schools across the country and abroad. This multifaceted fest included various events in which 834 students from various schools participated.

The events were judged by: Quizzard’s Platter– Abid Abdulla, Webtech – Shraddha Agarwal and Shivani Goel, The Altruistic Magnate (NGO Set up) – Nikunj Narendi and Anamika Sharma, The Argu-mentals – Sunanda C and Meeta Lall, Below the Folds (Journalism) – Antara Bose and Goutam Shankar, Weave a Tale – Vidya p. Battiwalla and Varsha Chand, Ad Aphonic – Shikha Khamb and Shajita Nair, Judgement in the House – Rajiv Agarwal and Mona Bahadur, Empyrean Expression – Shiju and Jasmine Adesera, RAPturing Stigmas – Rohit Nair and Prasad M.

The various events in this competition intended to touch upon the themes of kindness, awareness about things happening around us and highlighting upon the good around the world. This year the names of the events and school codes were taken up in Sanskrit to remind us of our origin. The participants submitted the videos online.

The culmination of ‘Ethikos’ was held on 8th October 2021at 3:30 pm. The winners of the various events are: Quizzard’s Platter– Hill Top School, Webtech – Sri Sri Vidya Mandir Ghatsila, The Altruistic Magnate (NGO Set up) – St. Gregorios High School, Mumbai, The Argu-mentals – Sacred Heart Convent School, Below the Folds (Journalism) – Choithram International School, Indore, Weave a Tale – SDSM School for Excellence, Ad Aphonic – Kerala Public school, Kadma, Judgement in the House – Kerala Public School, Kadma, Empyrean Expression – JH Tarapore School and RAPturing Stigmas – Christ Junior College, Bangalore.

Principal of Kerala Public School, Sharmila Mukherjee congratulated the winners for their outstanding performance. The winners will be awarded E-certificates and Amazon Gift vouchers and each participant will be presented participation certificate. The event was conducted by the Ethics Club of Kerala Public School, Kadma guided by Club Moderator Kavita Ravindranath.
