Ranchi: Former Chief Minister Madhu Koda has alleged that the Saranda development projects smack of a big scam.
He said this on Wednesday during a visit to Jagannathpur.
He said many irregularities were there in the development schemes.
He said a probe should be ordered into the scam to find out the truth.
