Ranchi: Jharkhand state Congress president Sukhdev Bhagat has nominated retired IAS officer Vinod Kispotta and Jayant Jaipal Singh, son of late Jaipal Singh Munda, as special invited members of the party.
Both Kispotta and Singh have joined Congress recently.
