Jamshedpur: In a compelling address at XLRI on Friday evening, Kiran Bedi, the trailblazing first woman IPS officer and former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, ignited a spirit of motivation among students, urging them to transcend their comfort zones in the pursuit of success.

Bedi’s impactful tenure at Tihar Jail served as a backdrop to her emphasis on education and self-reliance in transforming lives. She shared insights into her groundbreaking initiative of personally teaching inmates to read and write, ensuring a sustained commitment to their education.
