Kids International School hosts Sports Festival 2024-25

Jamshedpur: Kids International School organized its highly anticipated Annual Sports Festival 2024-25 at the Kapali Campus today, with enthusiastic participation from students, parents, and staff.

The event was graced by the chief guest, Syed Rashid Zafar, School Director, along with SI  Sonu Kumar, Incharge of Kapali Police Station. The day kicked off with vibrant performances, including the Umbrella Drill by Senior KG and Class 1, Ruffles Drill by Classes 2 and 3, Butterfly Drill by Classes 4, 5, and 6, and the Flower Drill by Kapali Campus students. The athletes showed remarkable skills, with Meezan winning the Senior Boys Athlete title and Shaista Parveen being awarded the Senior Girls Athlete title. In the junior category, Abrar Ahmad and Ayesha Naaz emerged as the best athletes.

The Pom-Pom Drill was recognized for its excellent performance, while Unity House was declared the Best Senior House, and Courage House took the title for the Best Junior House. Harmony House was awarded the Best March Past title. The event also saw the selection of Sports Captains, Shaista Parveen (Senior) and Ashifa Shahid (Junior). The festival included various exciting events for parents and students, such as Frog Race, Stick the Stick Balloon, Army Race, Hulahoop Race, Pyramid Race, and more. Senior students competed in 100m, 200m, 300m baton races, hurdle races, cricket, football, karate, and badminton.

A distinguished jury panel, including  Sarju Ram, Haya Subi,  Rohit Kumar Malakar,  Pritam Kumar, and  Jai Mukhi, evaluated the participants. Sports Incharge Prashant Marnuri played an important role in organizing the event. Anchors Yasir and Saleha kept the audience engaged throughout the day, while Principal Rukhsar Ayesha delivered the vote of thanks, concluding a successful and spirited Sports Festival.
