Ranchi, Feb 27: The Jharkhand Government’s Department of Commerce issued a notification today, announcing significant appointments and transfers in the State Tax division.
Ratan Lal Gupta, the current Joint Commissioner of State Tax in Jamshedpur Division, Jamshedpur, with an additional charge in Adityapur Zone, Jamshedpur, has been posted as Joint Commissioner of State Tax in Hazaribagh Division, Hazaribagh, with an additional charge in Hazaribagh Zone.
Awadhesh Kumar Mehra, who currently serves as Joint Commissioner of State Tax in Hazaribagh Division, Hazaribagh, is now posted as Joint Commissioner of State Tax in Jamshedpur Division, Jamshedpur, with an additional charge in Adityapur Circle, Jamshedpur.
Kumudni Sinku, the present Additional Commissioner of State Tax (Appeals) in Jamshedpur Division, Jamshedpur, has been posted as Commissioner (Appeals) in Santhal Pargana Division, Dumka. She will also hold an additional charge as Joint Commissioner of State Tax in Western Zone Ranchi and Commissioner in Eastern Zone, Ranchi.
Vinod Kumar Singh, who is the current Joint Commissioner of State Tax in Eastern Zone Ranchi, will now serve as Additional Commissioner (Appeals) in Jamshedpur Division, Jamshedpur. He will also hold an additional charge as Joint Commissioner of State Tax in Singhbhum Zone, Jamshedpur, and State Tax Commissioner for Chaibasa Zone, Chaibasa.
These appointments and transfers are effective immediately until further orders, aiming to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the Commerce Department.
