Kerala Catholic Association Spreads Christmas Cheer with Malayalam Carol singing in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: Continuing their annual tradition, members of the Kerala Catholic Association (K.C.A) organized vibrant carol singing sessions to proclaim the coming of Jesus Christ. Visiting homes across the city, the members sang Malayalam carols, danced, and played drums and trumpets, spreading the festive spirit.

Dressed in Santa Claus attire and festive caps, the group brought joy to every household they visited, sharing the message of love, peace, and the significance of Christmas. The initiative, planned meticulously over the past month, showcased the dedication of K.C.A members in keeping this cherished tradition alive.

President A.L. Abraham and Secretary Preethi Jiju congratulated and appreciated the efforts of all participants, commending their enthusiasm and resilience despite the chilly weather. “The carol singing symbolizes the coming of Jesus Christ and the hope and joy His birth brings to the world. We are proud of our members for continuing this legacy,” said the President.

Christmas, celebrated as the birth of Jesus Christ, marks the triumph of love, gratitude, and peace over greed, hatred, and hypocrisy. The carol singing by K.C.A members served as a reminder of Christ’s teachings and the transformative power of love and compassion.

The association’s efforts to bring communities together through this initiative were widely praised, with plans already underway to carry forward the legacy of carol singing in the years to come.
