Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Vikas Morcha leader Babulal Marandi will inaugurate the Durga Puja pandal built by Thakur Pyara Singh Dhurandhar Singh Club at Kasidih on 5th October.
The inauguration will take place at 7 pm. This year the pandal has been built on the theme of �Save the girl child�.
The interiors of the pandal depict a womb to spread a message on saving the girl child by preventing female foeticide.
Puja organizers said they expect a large number of visitors to come to the pandal this year in view of the unique theme of the pandal.
Security and safety arrangements have been made in and around the pandal by the organizers.
