Karnataka student wins Leadership Challenge at Hill Top School Jamshedpur 

Jamshedpur, Dec 21: In a spectacular display of intellect and leadership acumen, the Grand Finale of the Leadership Challenge 2023, hosted by Hill Top School in collaboration with Grey Caps, witnessed riveting competition among 32 participants from 16 schools.

The ceremony commenced with inaugural address by the Chief Guest, Prof Dr. Fr S George S J, Director of XLRI, Jamshedpur, and Vice Chairman of XLRI Board of Governors. His words set the tone for an intellectually stimulating competition that unfolded throughout the day.

Giri Balasubramaniam (Pickbrain) from the Grey Caps team led the proceedings as the anchor, infusing energy into the event. The Leadership Challenge 2023 Grand Finale comprised four engaging rounds, each designed to test the participants’ leadership skills in unique ways.

In Round 1: First Punch participants showcased their immediate response and strategic thinking skills. Round 2: Think Aloud A platform for contestants to articulate their thoughts and decision-making processes. Round 3: IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) participants expressed their viewpoints on critical issues, displaying their ability to think critically. Round 4: Jury Time The final round where participants faced the scrutiny of the esteemed panel of judges.

The Leadership Challenge 2023 was evaluated by a panel of eminent judges, including Pooja Mohanty, Deepa Verma, and Jogender Singh. Their expertise added an extra layer of credibility to the competition.

After intense competition, Juhanaan Ibanjop Lyngdoh from Amber Valley Residential School, Karnataka, emerged as the “Champion of Champions.” The 1st Runner up was Soumya Sinha from Hill Top School, and the 2nd Runner up was Pratham Sandhu from D.B.M.S English School.

The event concluded on a high note with the entire assembly joining in for the School Song, fostering a sense of camaraderie and accomplishment.
