Jamshedpur: The foundation day of Karim’s Trust, a revered institution in Jamshedpur, was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm. The highlight of the day was a grand meeting held at the auditorium of Karim City College, Sakchi Campus, which saw participation from teachers and staff across all the educational units functioning under the trust.
The program commenced with the recitation of the Quran by Syed Md Waliullah, setting a spiritual tone for the event. The meeting was presided over by the trustee, Syed Ashfaq Karim, who emphasized the collective responsibility of the trust’s progress in his presidential address.
Heads of all educational units under the trust presented their annual reports during the meeting. Syeda Talat Bano, Principal of Central Karamiya Middle School, was the first to present the account of the school’s activities. Sheikh Qutubuddin Ansari, Principal of Central Karamiya Plus Two High School, followed with a detailed report of the institution’s progress.
Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, Principal of Karim City College, shared comprehensive updates on Intermediate, Teacher Faculty, and Graduation and Post-Graduation programs.
Dr. Mohammad Zakaria, Secretary of the trust, addressed the gathering and shared his insights on the development of the institution, emphasizing the need for a unified vision.
In his presidential address, Syed Ashfaq Karim highlighted the collective responsibility of all staff members in ensuring the progress of Karim City College and other units under the trust. “When the team is filled with capable and good people, the future is bound to shine brighter. I am pleased to see the dedication and teamwork displayed by all of you,” he remarked.
Teachers and staff members who completed 25 years of service were honored with gifts, certificates, and mementos, presented by the trustee himself, as a mark of gratitude for their long-standing dedication. Dr. S.M. Yahya Ibrahim, the convener of the program, conducted the meeting and delivered the vote of thanks.
