Jamshedpur, August 10: Karim City College (Mango Campus) organized a welcome ceremony for the newly enrolled students of the Intermediate batch — 2023-2025. KCC Principal, Dr Md Reyaz and the College In-charge, Dr Sheikh Anwar Ali were present on the occasion.
During his address, Principal Dr Reyaz emphasized the importance of discipline, ethics and intelligence in students in all walks of life. He said, “Discipline is crucial for students and it is their responsibility to maintain its dignity. Karim City College not only focuses on academics but also strives to develop multifaceted personalities among students through team work, leadership skills, determination, flexibility in nature, self-confidence and self-respect.”
College In-charge, Dr Sheikh Anwar Ali, encouraged students to set clear goals in their lives and work hard to achieve them. The programme was conducted by Darakhshan Aftab and the vote of thanks was offered by Faiza Maksood.
The Departmental Heads of Science, Shahnavaz Alam, Commerce, Mohammad Firoz Khan, and Arts, Mahjabeen Naz Siddiqui, acquainted the students with the college’s rules and regulations, as well as familiarized them with the timetable.
