Subhash Chandra Jat succeeds Prabhat Kumar as SP City

Jamshedpur, June 28: State government shuffled several IAS and IPS officers on Friday. As per the notification, East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar was transferred to Dhanbad. He will be succeeded by Hazaribagh DC Ravi Shankar Shukla. Ravi Shankar Shukla is an alumnus of Karim City College in Jamshedpur.
Ravi Shankar Shukla, an IAS officer of 2012 batch. He has been the Deputy Commissioner of latehar district before Hazaribagh. Jharkhand Government had issued the office order of new assignments of some IAS officers on Friday.
Shukla’s father Ramashankar Shukla has been additional district and sessions judge at Hazaribagh. Shukla has completed his llB and llM from lucknow and researched on water management from Bengaluru.
SP City Prabhat Kumar has been transferred to Ramgarh. He will be succeeded by SP Rural of East Singhbhum Subhash Chandra Jat. Piyush Pandey will become the new SP Rural of East Singhbhum.
Seraikela-Kharsawan DC Chhavi Ranjan has been made Director of Agriculture, Jharkhand. He will be replaced by Anjanayelu Dodde, DC of Dhanbad.
