Ranchi, April 5: The Central Government has posted IRS (Indian Revenue Service) officer Kapil Raj as Additional Director in GST Intelligence Headquarters. Earlier he was posted as Additional Director in Enforcement Directorate Delhi.
Kapil Raj was also given additional charge of Jharkhand regional Enforcement Directorate. During his additional charge in Jharkhand, he investigated money laundering cases against politicians, administrative officers and arrested them.
In December 2024, his service was withdrawn from the Enforcement Directorate and he was sent to his parent department. He will join the new post in a day or two.
