Bhopal, Nov 2 (IANS) Former chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission of India Anil Kakodkar has been honoured with the ‘Madhya Pradesh Gaurav Sammaan’ (Pride of Madhya Pradesh) award.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan felicitated the renowned nuclear scientist with the award on the occasion of the state’s foundation day Nov 1.
At a ceremony at the Lalparade ground here, Kakodkar was given a memento and a certificate of appreciation for his services and achievements at international platforms.
