Jamshedpur : Activists of youth wing of Jharkhand Vikas Morcha staged dharna and latter handed a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner demanding compensation for the victims of cyclone Phailin.
A delegarion handed over a memorandum to the DC. They also sought immediate relief work for the victims expecially in Sonari area.
He also demanded that the entire state must be declared drought affected by the storm. Manoj Thakur , Anoop, Chagan Singh Pawan Thakur , Sanjay Das , Chandan Bagchi , Durga Mahato , Babu Ghosh , Kamal Mahua Das and Vicky were present.
