JUSCO wins HR Excellence Award

Jamshedpur, March 14: JUSCO was conferred with Significant Achievement in HR Excellence, at the 9^th CII National HR Excellence Award Confluence 2018 held at Mumbai on March 14. Raghunath Pandey, President JUSCO Shramik Union, Gautam Bhattamishra, Sadaf Rahman and Suparna Dutta were there to receive the award. CII-HR Excellence Model is based on encompassing all aspects of human resource management and acts as a practical tool for: A Self- Assessment model for measuring the current status and thus identify the gaps to stimulate solutions, a framework to position various HR initiatives and identify gaps, a basis to develop common understanding of various terms used in the HR Management.

Through this model, one can help improve HR performance practices and capabilities by providing objective feedback for improvement while also facilitating communication and sharing of best practices and information within and among organizations.
