Jamshedpur, Jan 11: Jamshedpur Utilities and Services Company (JUSCO) Ltd will be known as Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd (TSUIS). This service providing wing of Tata Steel has undergone the change in name with effect from December 30, 2019 as per the certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jharkhand.
However, this change in name of the company will not alter the legal status, constitution of the company nor will it affect its rights or obligations. According to a TSUIS release, the fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies is available at its website, http://www.juscoltd.com.
