Jamshedpur: JUSCO School, Kadma hosted annual Investiture Ceremony on July 2 marking a significant milestone in the academic calendar. The event was held in the Kudy Mahanty Auditorium .The occasion marked the formal bestowment of duties upon young leaders of the newly formed council, urging them to uphold their responsibilities with honesty and dedication.
The ceremony was presided over by the Principal of JUSCO School, Kadma, Jhumjhumi Nandialong with, the Vice Principal, Anindita Roy , Senior School Coordinator, Qamar Ali and Junior School Coordinator, Seema Tiwary. The parents of the council were also present.
The ceremony commenced with the emblematic badge presentation to the council members for the academic Session 2025-26.
Following the badge bestowal, the solemn Oath-taking ceremony ensued, where in the young leaders pledged to fulfill their duties with sincerity and commitment.
In her address, the Principal, Jhumjhumi Nandi emphasized on the importance of leadership and responsibilities. “The role is not merely a title. It is a responsibility to be fair, to be just, and to lead by example. The choices that you make today will shape the culture of our school tomorrow. Be the leaders who listen, who care, and who act with integrity.”
The School Pupil Leader, Md. Rayan and the Asst. School Pupil Leader, Harsh Kumar Gupta along with their team of Ministers, House Leaders and Asst. House Leaders pledged to uphold the values and traditions of the school while striving for excellence in their respective roles.
