Jusco Sahyog Kendra completes a decade of service

Jamshedpur: JUSCO Sahyog Kendra completed its decade’s journey on 2 November 2014 and it was time to commemorate the same.

Sandipan Chakravortty, Chairman, JUSCO was present as Chief Guest on 3 November 2014 at JUSCO Green to be part of the celebration.

Ashish Mathur, MD, JUSCO, Raghunath Pandey, President, JUSCO Shramik Union, Officer Bearers of JUSCO Shramik Union, Senior Management Team of JUSCO, all employees and above all the Team of JUSCO Sahyog Kendra, the agents who work round the clock, were at JUSCO Green.

Meghna Dosi, Manager (Customer Relations) and the face behind JUSCO Sahyog Kendra welcomed everyone and gave a brief on some of the achievements of JUSCO Sahyog Kendra. A P Singh, DGM (Customer Relations & Corporate Communications), the only common thread since the inception of JUSCO spoke of the journey of 10 years and how JSK was conceived and finally born.

Ashish Mathur said “JSK is the lifeline of Jamshedpur and the face of JUSCO. Team JSK are the Brand Ambassadors who have to take this brand to the next level to create history.” Raghunath Pandey gave his feedback as customer and appreciated the efforts of Team JSK to keep the customers happy and satisfied.

Sandipan Chakravortty was overwhelmed by the achievements of JSK and commended the Team for their service and customer orientation. “It is indeed a very tireless and boring job to be at the call centre and work 24×7.

But making the same interesting and keeping customers happy is what the Team has able to do and is still working to create new ways to delight customers and surpass their expectations.”
