Jamshedpur, September 1: Jusco has been awarded the “Emerging Brand Award of the Year 2015″ at the prestigious 6th CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) Asia Awards for Excellence in Branding & Marketing held at Singapore on 11-12 August 2015.
Asia’s Best were declared at the 6th CMO Asia Awards for Excellence in Branding & Marketing in presence of leading service providers, managers and innovators from across Asia.
The award was given to Jusco in the light of the experience and expertise in integrated city management for over 100 years along with the effort for inclusive growth through the citizen’s campaign – Zimmedaar Nagrik Zimmedaar Shaher.
Brand Jusco is synonymous to Brand Jamshedpur and Jamshedpur model is close to the Smart City concept which can be leveraged in other towns and cities in India.
Most features of a Smart City already exist in Jamshedpur and Jusco, the infrastructure and civic amenities vehicle of Tata Steel in Jamshedpur, has all the expertise to facilitate the same across India.
Brand Jusco can be the change agent for modern Indian Smart Cities and be the game changer for other urban Indian Cities and townships.
At the grand event held at Pan Pacific, Singapore, awards were given out in 33 individual and 38 organizational categories selected out of several nominations from countries such as India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bangladesh participating at the event.
