Junega Khatoon awarded student of the year at Govind Vidyalaya prize nite

Jamshedpur, August 27: Govind Vidyalaya (Hindi Medium) organised its annual prize distribution function at the School auditorium on Saturday.

At the event several colourful programmes were held while students displayed songs and comedy drama. Chief guest for the occasion was BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar President Dinesh Kumar.

The function was jointly inaugurated by the Chief guest and Director of the school Dr. B.D Sharma. The student of the year award was bagged by Junega Khatoon.

Presenting the award Chief guest Dinesh said the school in the rural belt with all model facilities is a big surprise and I hope the people of the region take advantage of this school and lay strong foundation for their kids. Principal of the school Gopal Prasad presented the annual report.

Student Inderjeet Kumar was awarded for 100% attendance. Teacher Silky Singh presented the welcome address along with helping students in carrying out cultural programmes.

Teacher Mohammed Nawed extended the vote of thanks. On the occasion Principal of Govind Vidyalaya (English Medium) Dr. Sunita Sinha, Administrator Krishna Modak, Secretary Rajesh Sharma along with all teachers and parents were present.
