JP Setu bus stand bandobasti finalised at Rs 1.97 core

Jamshedpur, July 10: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) has finalized the bandobasti of Bhuiyadih bus stand parking lot. As per the bandobasti, open bidding took place at newly constructed JNAC office on Tuesday which was headed by special officer Sanjay Kumar.

Total of six bidders started calling the shots from the minimum reserve amount of Rs 1 crore. Healthy competition was seen among the bidders which ended at Rs 1, 97,15,000. The parking for Bhuiyadih was given to Raghvendra Pratap Singh.

At the second position was Pushpa Tiwary of Mahavir Logistics while Mukesh Thakur of Gaytri Enterprises was at the third place. The final bidder was decided after 79 rounds of bidding but the last 60 rounds saw a close contest between Pushpa Tiwary and Raghvendra Pratap Singh. Pushpa Tiwary also bid for the same amount but Raghvendra Pratap Singh was given the parking bandobasti.

There was a difference of Rs 40 lakh between the bidders who came in the second and third place. After the bidding process was over, Sanjay Kumar said despite a close contest, the bidding process was carried out peacefully and whole process has been recorded. Also present were City manager Ranjan Pandey, Rajesh Kumar and others.
