Jamshedpur, Nov 14: Enthusiasm and joy prevailed at the Loyola School Telco campus as students and teachers joined in the celebration of Children’s Day on Thursday, November 14. The participation of teachers in several entertainment presentations added to the prevailing gaiety comprising laughter and learning. Dedicated teachers organized a special entertainment program that students enjoyed wholeheartedly.
The program began with a prayer led by Principal Charanjeet Ohson, followed by a tribute to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru whose portrait was garlanded.
Father Gerry, Father Pius, Father Gautam, Coordinators Reshma Rodrigues and Zeenat Maria Sundi, and Moderator C Xavier were present for the celebration. Teachers entertained the students by dressing as children, performing a series of acts including a prayer song, welcome song, dance, Shayari recital, face-off event, and a live band performance.
The event, filled with the creativity of teachers, delighted the students and offered them a unique perspective of their teachers. The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks by students Diksha and Lakshya.
