Jamshedpur: The special officer of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) Sanjay Kumar held a meeting here on Monday to review preparations for Chhath puja. He said a total of 21 officials had been deputed to carry out a cleanliness drive at 26 Chhath ghats across the city. Besides cleanliness, the JNAC officials discussed other issues pertaining to drinking water and safety of visitors. Kumar said drinking water, professional divers and ropes would be made available at all Chhath ghats. He said a vehicle named �Swachhata Ambulance� would be sent to all Chhath ghats to carry cleaning staff and equipments.
