Jamshedpur: The contract of Mango bus stand (Jaiprakash Setu) parking lot was given to M/S Mahavir Logistics in Rs 30 lakh by Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) through an open bidding here on Tuesday. The contract will be effective from December 2017 till March 2018.
The bidding took place in the chamber of the special officer of JNAC, Sanjay Kumar. Three agencies, M/S Ruchi Enterprises, M/S Rajni Group and M/S Mahavir Logistics, had applied for the contract.
JNAC sources said the parking tender could not be awarded to any agency I 2014. The tender for the contract was floated seven times, but the bandobasti could not take place.
