JNAC acts against violators, illegal construction demolished

Jamshedpur, Aug 5: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee ( JNAC) has started taking actions against those violating building laws. As per the instructions of the Special Officer of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee, those violating norms are taken into task. On Thursday, Anil Kumar Holding No. 78 Sitaramdera New Layout building whose map was near from G+2 Jamshedpur office had started deviating from the approved plan. The illegal construction work was going on indiscriminately in the past, many times notices and work was stopped, even after doing the work of encroachment, the construction work of five floors was being done, which was issued notice from this office to connect with itself. Despite that, the work was in progress, which was done today by the tax inspector and the field worker to demolish the illegal construction work.

The construction work was in progress by breaking the government seal by the building owner Mamta Kumari holding number C/93 in B block located on Sonari Dispensary Road, which was to be broken today on the instructions of the special officer. Her husband Ashok Kumar (Government Employee Junior Engineer, REO, Seraikela) protested against the work of demolishing the illegal building part by obstructing government work. For which action will be taken to file FIR against them and action will be taken to demolish the building.
