Jamshedpur, June 4: Fate of over 15 lakh workers of Jharkhand is in a terrible condition after the state government banned the sand lifting from all sand ghats.
Seeing uncertainty over their employment, Jharkhand Mukhti Morcha (JMM) urged the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to help them take out from this ghastly situation.
Members of the political outfit led by former President of JMM Jamshedpur Nagar Samiti, Shyamal Ranjan Sarkar on Thursday gave memorandum to DC Dr. Amitabh Kaushal addressed to PM Modi.
The delegation urged for quick solution as around 15 workers will be affected as Jharkhand government banned it in March 11, 2015.
Delegation included Shahid Parwez, Sonu Hembram, Mintu Singh, Jayant Choubey, Ravi Namta, Inderpal Singh and others.
