Ranchi, June 25: JMM central general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya took a jab at BJP and UP government over reports of water leakage from roof of the Ram Temple at Ayodhya which was consecrated in January this year.
“We cannot see Ramlala getting wet in the rain, because we have his bow and arrow. This was not confirmed by any outsider, but by the Mahant of the temple, Satyendra Das. He said that water is dripping from the roof of the temple and there is no place for its drainage from the sanctum sanctorum,” said Bhattacharya.
Supriyo reminded that Shankaracharya had already refused to do Pran Pratishtha in the half-built temple.
Supriyo targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said, “PM has called himself an incarnation. He believes that he can take Ram anywhere. But the story and result of his haste is in front of everyone. Not only the sanctum sanctorum, the Rampath that was constructed also collapsed in the first rain.”
He said the boundary wall of the railway station where a large number of Ram devotees go also collapsed.
“This is an unique example of corruption of the Bharatiya Janata Party which did not spare even God. For them, corruption is a more priority thing than God. BJP people ask for votes in the name of Ram. But in the case of construction of Ram temple, there was loot in the purchase of land. All these things have also come before the public,” said Bhattacharya.
“The entire monsoon is still left. When the monsoon comes, what will be the situation, what will be the horror, everyone should imagine this. BJP leaders give a lot of speeches on corruption. But till now not even a single BJP leader has accepted that the construction of Ram temple has been done in a poor manner. Money was embezzled in this,” alleged Supriyo.
“BJP did not win any seat that came in the way of Ram’s journey to Lanka. They lost 7 Lok Sabha seats from Chitrakoot to Rameswaram. This tells that whoever misuses Lord Shri Ram will get the reward for it,” said Bhattacharya.
