Chaibasa,May 7: In the view of state wide Dharna and demonstration at district level , West Singhbhum JMM staged a Dharna before DC office on Saturday protesting the domicile policy and employment policy of Raghubar Das cabinet as it was declared by NDA recently.
The JMM Party MLAs of west Singhbhum accused the NDA government of depriving the indigenous people from ABUA DISHUM � ABUA RAJ by declaring anti Jharkhand domicile . The MLAs pointed out the lapses in present domicile that the people those who have land record in other states and if they lived in Jharkahnd for thirty years they become local inhabitant which is practiced by no states in India .
They cited that the many people of Jharkhand had gone to tea garden as manual laborers in Assam before 2 hundred years but they could not become domicile of the state of Assam, Nepal or Bengal whereas in case of Jharkhand if the child is born here he or she becomes a domicile of the state.
It is a ridicules on the face of the indigenous people of Jharkhand .MLA Deepak Birua said that now the time has come we must awake up and give a pact less fight to the ruling party in order to force the government to bring changes in Domicile and Employment policy of the state .
JMM west singhbhum Zila Adhaksya Bhubneswar Mahto said that we would meet the people door to door and bring awareness among the public . District President also said that in protest of domicile and employment policy the state wide band is declared on 14th May .
The Present among others were MLA Joba Majhi, MLA Niral Purty , MLA Samad , Former MLA Bahadur Uraon, Former MLA Mangal Singh Bobonga and a large number of JMM party activists during Dharna .
